Muy bien
El servicio en la playa por parte del personal del hotel, principalmente Josafat que fue muy atento.
El cuarto se encontraba en un edificio separado del complejo principal, junto a la avenida. Se escucha mucho el ruido de los coches que transitan la avenida.

Cuando llegue habían popo en el piso cerca de la taza del baño, se confundía con el color del piso, les recomiendo prestar más atención y limpiar mejor los pisos. El refrigerador de mi cuarto 4424 nunca sirvió así que las bebidas nunca las tomamos, llamé a recepción y nunca lo cambiaron , en el sexto día de mi estadía mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento pero lo que hizo fue conectar la unidad la cual no enfría porque parece ser el motor dejó de funcionar. El ruedo del aire acondicionado es bastante molesto y no se diga la contracción y tráfico de todas las noches

Jamás me vuelvo a hospedar en algún krystal.
La comida es muy buena , las habitaciones bonitas y limpias. bien ubicado. El mesero Manuel del área de la alberca es super atento.
El servicio es pésimo. Estuvimos 6 días en el hotel y reservé con anticipación, pedí una cama extra grande y me dieron 2 camas. El hotel estaba al 40% de ocupación y había habitaciones disponibles pero ni así quisieron cambiarla. Al momento de hacer mi check in se tardaron casi 1 hr, los restaurantes de especialidades abren hasta las 6pm y tienen muy pocos lugares. Tienes que hacer reserva desde temprano. El buffet está excelente, en todos los horarios. Pero el servicio de los meseros es pésimo, tuve que pararme y buscar uno para que me atendiera. El único mesero que nos atendió bien fue Manuel en el área de la alberca. Nos atendió de lujo. La mayoría de los trabajadores no te hace caso sino traes un billete en la mano. Cuándo quisimos pedir las toallas en la alberca nos comentaron que hay que dejar.un deposito de 500 pesos por toalla. Nos dirigimos a recepción para pagar y se tardaron 45 minutos en atendernos. De muy mala manera , cuando al que se le olvidó decirnos todo eso fue al recepcionista. La llave de nuestra habitación se desactivó, nuevamente fuimos a recepción y de muy mala gana nos dieron otra llave. Como si fuera nuestra culpa que se haya desactivado. La verdad yo no recomiendo en absoluto este hotel. No vale el precio, ni nada . Fue la primera vez que me hospedé en un krystal y definitivamente la última. Les puede aparecer de 1ro en la búsqueda de booking, pero en vdd NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ.
